Tier 1 for reactive support, answering your Trouble Tickets and perform services to your customer and vendor carriers. Tier 2 for proactive support, including active monitoring of your network and routes and performing proactive tests to your vendor carriers on regular time interval. Tier 3 with additional partner support including consulting, business strategies and staff training on sales and technical aspect.
